how can i prove that cheating has been committed against me?

 One of of the lady cheated in Civil and Criminal case as her husband cheated her by duplicating her identity of voter ID and adhaar and he has transferred her property to the third party, also he has another three wives without either giving bail to the original wife or her consent.
