Harassed by relative who filed false case against me. What to do?

I have been harassed by a relative by putting my name is a false case. Now he has lifted his case from the court, the copy of the decision is with me. How can he be screwed now
it is required to see the documents of the case as to what charges were implicated upon you before giving you proper guidance on this aspect. You can always file a case against such person for defammation.
