In 2021, a criminal case of IPC 306 was filed against me. In this case, I was jailed for 60 days. Then I got bail. In 2022, West Bengal Public Service Commission issued a notification for the recruitment of Junior Engineer (Civil). I retook this exam and qualified the interview. And got selected. Will I be able to join this job?

You have the obtain the bail judgement which be told in the form fillup process if that is asked for police verification and also you should have documents that will point the errors in Chargesheet and the other important details if there is any requirement of enquiry in future and be prepared for cross examination and if you have passed with eligibility there is no need to worry
