Got job in a PSU, but i was jailed for 4-5 days. Any problem in job?

Now I got the job in NLC(PSU).but I had been arrested and jailed for 4 days inunder the section 304,305.after bailed that case was return((vabused)by opposite peoples.thi incident is obstacle for my job?pls give answer urjently.thanks in advance
Whether this would be an impediment to acquiring gainful employment or not would depend entirely on your prospective employers. Certain organization require you to disclose any past criminal records whether you were eventually acquitted or not.
Further, it is unclear whether your case is still pending or that you have been acquitted or the FIR quashed etc. If the case is still pending then it may be difficult for you to be employed with larger organizations.
