Giving less rate in silver selling , even after purchasing from store

I wanted to sell my silver bracelet of 28.9 grams , he said it's 70% purity, I was okay and said give me the price for 70% silver only , so the current rate of silver in my city is around 260 and he's giving me rate of 180 to 200 means money i should be getting after selling my silver ₹5259 , but he's giving me 3680.. what should I do

If the silver bracelet weighs 28.9 grams and the purity is 70%, the buyer should calculate the price based on the actual silver content and the current market rate. If the market rate in your city is around ₹260 per gram, the value should be calculated accordingly. If the buyer is offering a much lower amount without proper calculation, you should ask for a clear weight and purity test in front of you. You may also check the price with another jeweller before selling. If the buyer is intentionally misleading you or cheating in weight/purity, it may amount to cheating and you can lodge a complaint with the local police or consumer forum.
