If girl cheated boy, by false promise for marriage and turn out .what should boy can do ?if she played with emotion and in wriitng she promise for marriage and b with, then due to another affair she turn .what is the way to teach her lesson ?
In this case you can file a case for cheating defined under Section 415 of IPC, provided that there should be sufficient ground to held her liable for this offence. Also in India there are very limited provisions of law for the protection of men in such cases.
