Girl friend aborted child against my Will now what are my rights

Dear sir, Me and my girlfriend had physical relationship and she got pregnant I tried to convince her not to get aborted and said I will talk to her parents about it and get married but she didn't want to listen and got aborted and I shamelessly signed as her husband where I want to marry her and live with her now are we considered as married couples? I just read an article from Hindu that if a couple of rite age has pets rural sex are to be considered as couples and if she leaves me can I fight to get her back with that proof where she signed as my wife and I am her husband will abortion
