Driver occupied owners govt house.owner complained to state,district,mandal legal services authorities,sp&si.proved driver's stay illegal,in front of Hon'ble chairman cum jr civil judge,Mandal legal services authority.next driver&his lawyer shown xerox govt documents to judge&said house alooted to zxz by govt.judge ordered owner enquir&report the same.owner SUBMITED that the xerox govt documents are forged.judge refused to justify&requested not to report to superiors.MLSCOMMITTEE Judge not involved/has rights to do so.owner can approach High Court?advise lawfully with related RULINGS/ACTS.

The owner has independent right of filing a criminal complaint in the local police station in relation to forgery and in case police do not register the complaint then under section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C., you can approach to a magistrate to the same.
