FIR lodged against me and not able to get visa what can I do.

Hindu Working in merchant navy, I filed a FIR against my father in law under ipc 323, 504 . Then he and my wife filed a counter fir against me under ipc 323,504 and also 498a. I have to get my passport renewal. For full validity , case is panding in court from last one year.and this is only my source of income. To go on ship. And also whole family is dependent on me . Father mother not working . Living with me . I have no children. Please tell me what to do for getting passport renewed with full validity. The case they registered against me is totally false alligation .they bribed police and got fir registered against me in ipc 323,504 . First I lodged fir against father in law.

if a FIR is lodged against you then you cannot apply for VISA. as the Embassy is reluctant in giving visa to people against whom case is going on. You can file an application before the court to obtain NOC and seeking permission for VISA
