Fir Complaint Without Purchase Bill

Can police refused to take complaint of mobile stolen or lost having no purchased bill. The mobile has lost but we have no purchase bill can police refused on this bill

you need the purchase bill for ownership proof, you can get a duplicate copy from the vendor and then file the complaint. you may also use the online complaint portal. you try to find that mobile by IMEI no which could also get from the box of mobile no. 1. get duplicate bill. find it online if you register for warrenty or anything other purpose. 2. get the IMEI no from the box of the phone then you can proceed
