Financial Fraud karthik looted my money 7500 and blocked me

I got cheated by a person that he will find me a job and no job was found and took money of mine which is of 7500.00 rupees and blocked me when asked to give my money back

You can file a case of cheating and fraud against that person for wrongfully promising you to get you a job and asking for money in lieu of that. To recover the amount that you have given to him, you can file a recovery suit, you need to prove through evidence that you have given money to that person
