False previous employment documents submitted

If I submitted false previous employment documents and company filled FIR against me what I should do?what will be the consequences? Will they put me in jail?

Hi, If company has filed FIR for the offences u/s 318(4), 336(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 than this becomes a cognizable and non bailable offence and police can arrest you without issuing any warrant. The best remedy is to file an anticipatory bail before the Session Court asking police officials not to arrest.
