false injury report on which order was given by the court

Doctor gave false injury report so bail rejected as below only on the basis of grievous injury. ORDER: We have gone through the case diary, more particularly through the injury reports, which are at pages 24 and 25 thereof.While one person suffered grievous injury, the other person suffered injuries on the vital part of his body including head. Going through the statement of the victim and other witnesses present at the scene of the occurrence, we find that the petitioner’s prima facie complicity in the commission of the offence is very much there.
