From the facts stated, it appears that a false and motivated FIR under Sections 74 and 79 BNS has been lodged against you, possibly in collusion with the complainant. Immediate legal steps such as approaching the High Court for quashing or stay of the FIR, filing a representation before senior police authorities regarding police inaction, and, if required, initiating counter-proceedings before the Magistrate are advisable. Since you are a government servant and the incident occurred during official duty, official records and witnesses will strongly support your defence. For proper legal assessment and timely action, please contact me directly so that I can examine the documents and provide effective legal assistance.

If the FIR under Sections 74 and 79 BNS is false and malicious, you may seek anticipatory/regular bail and approach the High Court for quashing of FIR by showing mala fide intent and prior complaints made by you. Your RTI, prior police intimation, duty records and CCTV footage, if any, will be crucial. You may also file a complaint before the Magistrate under Section 156(3) CrPC for fair investigation or action against the assailants. After appropriate relief, proceedings for false implication can also be initiated as per law.
