False complaint case file by my girlfriend

I had dispute with my ex gf in which we has abuse and threatened each other on whatsapp then she files complaint against me in which i am booked under 354 354b and 167 under it act .sc and hc rejected my anticipatory bail but hc judge has persued the case diary under sec 164 and took all evidence provided by my lawyer and judge has written in order that complainant has made the similar allegation against the applicant
Against the rejection of the application for grant of anticipatory bail you may file SLP before Supreme Court. So far as evidence against you is concerned I will have to go through the documents and then only I can advise you. Send the copy of the order so that I can advise you on that.
