False accussation of theft how to protect as we have proof

My mothers runs a beauty parlour in mussoorie lbsna academy campus. One lady officer trainee came in parlour to get waxing done n thn she left. After 2-3 hours she came back n said tht she had lost her ring worth rs 40000 n she accussed the workers tht they took it.she filed complaint against d parlour. We found video recording in that she wasnt wearing any ring. Kindly help, what can we do since she is gonna be an ias officer police vll take her side. Im a student of mba in delhi. Kindly help plz.
