Fake case filed against me u/s 420 & 380 what defense can I take

Hello sir/ madam I am sadiq from bangalore. My girlfriend family has filed a fake case on me thats IPC 420 & 380 with the help of police. But my girlfriend used get jewels from her house and v used to sell it. My girlfriend father has bribe the acp and hided my girlfriend name. But FIR is filed only on my name. Pls I need some suggestion
But, do you have proof that your girl friend gave you the jewels to sell them outside? . Or police made FIR that you illegally got into your girl friend's home and steal the jewels?
Or you are hired by your girl friend to sell the jewels outside?
