Hi, lakhs of members have been frauded by dmg company mlm based fraud,, the head office is in coimbatore, franchisre in bangalore, can any lawyer's pls suggest me where to lodge a complaint, in bng Or coimbatore, and pls guide us how to begin law process

You can contact me for filing FIR through PCR under section 200 of crpc in Bangalore. I also suggest to approach High Court to refer investigation to CBI or SIT. As the state police can weaken investigation

1. the police complaint has to b filed with cbcid ( eow ) coimbatore. 2. cbcid has to freeze the property and auction them and distribute to investors according to the proof. 3. this process has multiple steps. get back to us for further legal opinion.
