Do we need to mention drunk and drive case in MNC job application?

I was charged with drunk driving for which i paid a fine of 20,000 at the district court.This is my second time and i left drinking after that. I am currently doing my mba 2nd year.The application process of MBA MNC placement companies has a question "whether any prosecution/conviction/fine/sentence/detention against you has been awarded by a court of law?" How much do i need to mention in the form?please help me
one should not suppress facts regarding criminal cases/charges/prosecution particulars against the individual.
Now u r doubting that whether drunk n drive is comes under this purview or not?
you clearly stated that district court imposed fine against you, which clears all your doubts.
But in general such cases (drunk n drive) no prosecution would launch and that too it will be levied by the Hon'ble II Class Judicial Magistrate's but, in a Court of District Judge's.
drunk n drive case is a pretty case and no need to mention in application since it's tort is simple nature.
