in ongoing 319 crpc crl mp petition in ongoing cc case mm court ,respondents have filed their counter statement to the application , this is after maintainability , merit arguments on petitioner side is over. court has noted that the matter is now at the stage of hearing the petitioner’s side in response to that counter. counter is filed with no evidence just mere denial and misinterpretation of law quoted . hearing of the petitioner’s side enquiry has been postponed. meaning of this

Stage means counter filed, your rebuttal pending. Postponement is routine, not adverse. On next date, reply: counter is bare denial, no evidence, misquotes law. Court will then reserve and pass summoning order.
