Crpc 151 I want to quash fir and file case how to proceed with this

1 year before during midnight I and my 2 friends were sitting in garden of restaurant in ajmer highway ,after 20 min police came and arrested us filed false charge of consuming liquor in restaurant and charged with crpc 151 beside of it they arrested around 45person including 2 to 3 girl and kept us in jail .They did so to complete their target .As we were sitting there were no liquor in table ,they did not check us through breatanalyser and threat us whole night to kept silence Now I want tofile the case and quash the fir.
If there is no FIR, what would you challenge. If it is a incident of last one year, what were you doing or kept waiting. The court will ask first these question. When you are saying that the they have not done anything lawful, then what prevented you to file complaint against the police office officers for illegal detention.

Against the order of sec cr.p.c 151 you may file a appeal in session court....in appeal you can mention each nd everything which police did with you illegaly in police custody. So it's your right to appeal
