Cross FIR ...what are the consequences of it

if a fight took place between a and b and in this case a attack b and a was drunk at that time and b filed a fir then after b and his friends attack a and a got injured on his head and then a filed fir what will be the consequences can there will be cross fir and compromise will take place between them can there will be arrest

compromise dependa upon parties if they want or not if they want they can compromise. arrest can also be made by police As from facts it seems to be a cognizable offense. hurt grievous hurt and defence under intoxication are the important points that will be useful for this case
