Conviction awarded u/s 11 of pocso act under presumption is this legal

Conviction is awarded by lower court under section 11 of pocso act 2012 on the basis of presumption made under section 29 of pocso act..is it legal to presume under section 29 of pocso act for giving conviction u/s 11 of pocso act 2012??

No, not at all, I would suggest to prefer an appeal before the Hon'ble High Court under section 374(2) of the C.r.P.c if he has been convicted.
