Convicted under section 354 what to do

I have been convicted on 2.04.2008 under SC/ST Act on a complaint case by one official lady junior colleague a. I was charged under section 354 and 506 of IPC The judgement of the Ld. Special Judge is that " For the reason recorded above, I am of the view that the charges against the accused for the offence under S. 3(x) and (xi) of the SC/ST (PA) Act 1989 is proved. I hold him guilty for the commission of said offence. When he has been convicted under the special Act for the outraging the modesty of the complainant and insulting her in public view, there is no need to convict him for the commission of the same offence under the general provision of the IPC" My sentence has been stayed not conviction. R/Sir, my issue is that (a) whether I have been considered convicted under s. 354 (considered equal offence as that of S. 3(xi) of SC/ST Act.) and 506 (entirely distinct offence) also. Pl quote any authority so that

As per your query the judgment says that you have been convicted under the special act and not under the Indian penal code. you le sentence has been stayed but not your conviction.
