Consensual sexting with a girl at her 17...now 18

My question is will I get punished or jailed by court for mutual sexting and didn't exchanged any photos nor meeted with her....all this happened when she was 17....now she is 18...and am 24
As per your question, the answer depends on the circumstances. If a complaint is lodged for the minor girl's guardian, a case under POCSO will start against you. The punishment depends on the evidence. But the accused will be at a Home until the bail is not granted.
