Cheque bounce case needs to be challenged if law permits

we had a cheque bounce case. Judge passed the judgement under Lokayukta Adalat we two partners of the pvt ltd company to pay 50Lakhs. Now I am holding only 5% share of the company since company incorporated. Now do i have to pay 50% of 50Lakhs or I have to pay 5% of 50Lakhs.,

If the order says that both partners have to pay 50 lakhs, it must be shared equally. If the order says individually then individually. However there is no chance for you to pay 5%. Once you’re a partner and have been roped in on liability, you have to share the same
