Cheating conspiracy by who issued public notices

There have been two public notices within 3 months towards sale agreement of our property One of the advocates has furnished documents which doesn't have interconnecting entitlement papers, the address of party is fake & it does not exist. The token money has not been paid as per the sale letter but public notice issued Second advocate hasn't furnished any document inspite of total 3 requests. The addresses of parties in his pubic notice are also fake & does not exist Formal complaint has been made to state bar council but there is no action in last 2 months If supreme court bar assoc can
No, you cannot file a complaint to the Supreme Court. The complaint against an Advocate is taken care by the State bar council who can transfer your complaint further to the Bar Council of India
