If a boy does physical relationship months after months with a girl by giving false promises of marriage then what steps can the girl take against the boy Basically the boy told that girl that he will make his career he will start earning but he doesn't even try to earn anything But by telling these the boy gets physical with the girl although he has not prepared anything for marriage then what legal steps the girl can take against the boy?

If the physical relationship was by consent of both parties, failure to make a good career to earn can not be the sole ground to punish the boy. Court will ask for evidence first whether there was consent or not. Only failure to make a good career cannot establish breach of promise to marry someone.
