Chargesheet in 498a prepared but DCP not signing

The case of 498 a, 406,377,511,34,66 e had been filed against me and my parents on Jan 2017. The chargesheet was prepared by the IO and then she was immediately transfered so the DCP rejected the chargesheet and gave the case to new IO. Now the new IO has also prepared the chargesheet and submitted to the DCP. But again he is not signing the chargesheet and it is been more than 2 months. I have come to know that the DCP and my wife are in good contacts. I would like to know what are my options now or will DCP reject the chargesheet again.
There is no specific time limit to file charge sheet but IO shall completed investigation without unnecessary delay and file charge sheet , supposed accused in judicial custody on that time only will rise time within 60 and 90 days. IO as to be file charge sheet or else accused have power to move bail on the same delay ground on that time court shall grant bail there is no question for rejection sec- 167 (2) of crpc. Alleged offences r punishable with death or life , not less than 10 on that time 90 days (accused in JC) @ other below 10 years punishment related cases within 60 days should be file charge sheet (accused in JC) . If you have urgency let file petition before Hon'ble High Court and take direction to file charge sheet as soon as possible.

Go for bail if anybody is in jail.
And if chargesheet is not filed within time you will also get entitled for bail.
The DCP is not filing chargesheet,then let it be.It's in their hands.
It seems she wants to harass, collect evidences which will help you and engage an advocate.
