Based on the facts stated, the respondents' present stand can be effectively opposed. If they had already filed a detailed counter dealing with the revised petition and you subsequently filed a rejoinder, it indicates that they were aware of the contents of the revised petition. The court docket recording that both sides were heard also supports your case and may weaken their plea that they never received the revised petition. You may bring these facts to the notice of the Court and submit that the objection is only an attempt to delay the proceedings. The Court will ultimately decide the issue after examining the entire record, including the pleadings, order sheets and proof of service. If you have the revised petition, counter, rejoinder, order sheets or any other case-related documents, you may share them through the WhatsApp option available on my profile. After reviewing the complete record, I can provide more specific legal guidance based on the facts of your case.
