in ongoing 319 crpc crl mp petition in ongoing cc case mm court The respondents/accused have filed their counter statement to the application . court has noted that the matter is now at the stage of hearing the petitioner’s side in response to that counter. counter is filed with no evidence just mere denial and misinterpretation of law quoted . Reply to counter also filed by petitioner .For petitioner and Respondent side enquiry adjourned to meaning of both side enquiry

You may respond that since the respondents have already filed a counter, the matter is now at the stage of hearing the petitioner’s rejoinder/arguments on the 319 CrPC application. Emphasize that a bare denial without evidence does not dilute the petitioner’s application, and the court should consider whether the materials already on record disclose sufficient grounds for summoning. Also clarify that the “enquiry” of both sides has been completed, so the next step is only adjudication on merits of the pending application.
