I wanted to know since i was caught in drunk and driving for the first time, my driving license be cancelled ? police officer has taken my driving license and vehicle

I wanted to know since i was caught in drunk and driving for the first time, my driving license be cancelled ? police officer has taken my driving license and vehicle
The license will not be cancelled on the first instance, only thing you need to pay the fine in the court and get the vehicle released after showing the fine receipt to the police, they will release the vehicle as well as the driving license unless there are any other issues pending.
