In a 482 CrPC petition, listing delays often occur when the matter is marked as NCL meaning Not to be Listed or when an administrative direction is pending. Even though the eCourt portal shows the next date as 1 December 2025, the case will appear in the cause list only when the High Court registry includes it in the list. Since five listing applications have already been filed and not taken up, the correct step is to file a detailed listing application before the Registrar Judicial requesting urgent listing and explaining the long delay. Your counsel may also mention the matter before the Court in the morning session and request an order for listing. If the NCL marking has been applied by mistake, you can ask the registry to correct the status so that the petition is placed before the appropriate Bench. Continuous follow up with the registry is necessary because such administrative delays are common in 482 matters.

As per your concern if even after filing the listing application, if the matter is still not being listed, write an application mentioning your query with all the case details and submit before the Registrar. Duly attached the copy of listing details and when was it lastly listed. In the application, request the Registrar to ensure that the case is listed in the upcoming week.

You are supposed to mention this issue to court when listing application is listed in Court and request the Hon'ble Court to fix any date and also seek request to fix time in this matter so this matter can be taken up. Ask your counsel to do this for you.
