Is it possible to obtain a copy of the active FIR lodged against me through RTI. If yes, how much time it takes to get that copy?

The answer is yes, u can obtain the copy of the FIR through RTI and moreover u can also obtain it online bcoz now its compulsory to post the FIR online . As regards to the time is concerned the max. time limit is 30 days but usually its given within few days.
