Can someone else file a complaint on behalf of rape victim

One girl raped by her own father.but she did not file case​ against him because she don,t have courage to tell everyone. She escaped from home and marry with someone and live happily life. She lives with her husband happily and after 3 months her father threatened to her. What she do now.what criminal procedure she follow. I want to help this girl by giving good legal advice. Please help me in humanity work. Please give me right advice.

First of all her father has committed a serious offence,so she has to file a complaint u/s 376,450,506, of I P C by disclosing all facts. other wise courage of her will increase day by day. so file a complaint.

Yes girl's husband or girl's mother can also file a complaint at nearest police station against her father. One more thing it was too much late. This type of complaint should be file within 3 days. Still u can file a complaint against her father. Also called 181 abhayam helpline for that.
