Can other city police raid without any offical permissions

I have mobile repairing institute here. Few days back police had put up raid to my office and started searching my shop and PC, however they haven't found any thing illegal and cleared issue But like to know that as per Indian Law, can other city police can raid in my office , without any police station permission, search warrant and compliant ? Can you please guide me proper way and procedure if other city police want to raid in my office, so for future I should be safe from unnecessary harassments?
in this case you need to enquire the police about the orders through which they are raiding your property. police cannnot raid your property without any reasonable apprehension or order. you can also file a complaint in the court under section 200 for the violation of your rights

Firstly even the local police will have to have a search warrant to search ur place...
Secondly...
If it is a other state police then those police officers will have to mandatorily contact local police and then along with then then can search ur place but search warrant is necessary..
Since as u say u have an institute I presume u may have CCTV cameras so get those footage and make a complaint to local police, ACP and DCP so that this never happens again.
