Can fake promises of getting married come under cheating

I have relationship with one army man for past 4 yr.....nd he gave me promise of marriage letter on he say no to me...continuesly this things happen 3 time....letter on i am get pregnant for 2 time.....nd one tym i am not ready for having abortion but he gave me pills by pushing me......not he change mind not to marry me.....so is this come under section of 415 ipc or cheating
Dear queryest it's not merely cheating it's also rape case under inflation or false promises having sex is clear rape and you can sue him accordingly just write a simple complaint maintionabing real story that happens with you you will get justice
