Can BNS sections be altered even after police chargesheet

I had filed PCR now conv to CC against My elder brother for money extortion, criminal intimidation, impersonating my mother in online Rummy games & taking money without my consent for his Rummy habits-police filed FIR only for 351(2,)(3) and 352, online gaming is now stopped. Chargesheet diluted only 351(2) and 352 accepted. Grounds for fraud, impersonation ignored - possibly because my mother would be victim. But am I also not a victim - can new sections be added by Public Prosecutor. Thanks

after framing of charges done in the court... no alter of section ...it may be possible if we file case in high court using of inherent power .. High court has the power to intervene during the trial of the case.
