It depends the mode you have done, If it is through the UPI app please report to the help sanction of the individual app, or if it is your bank app or anyways call the bank helpline to get this taken care of by mistake transaction. Note: resolution timelines may vary provider to provider and bank to bank. But yea you can raise a grievance with Jio for the same
