Can a DV case resolved in lok adalat be reopened

Can a D V case resolved in Lok adalat Reopened. My husband promised not to repeat any of the previous mistakes and to take back his divorce case but has done nothing. I can feel he is still cheating on us

Yes! the case can be restarted once again either afresh which would have mention of everything which was of significance in previous matter. In case if you think to continue to accuse him for same thing which has already been resolved in lokadalat then that would be a problem. Because understandably you can knock courts door with the same problem saying that the accused has not kept his words but whether or not you can accuse him for the previous mistakes (498 A or other sections ) depends upon your current issues. Sometimes court can consider the previous case and it's grounds too but that can be done only by a good advocate after considering all facts.

Hello dear mam,
Your Legal issue will be solved by me if you will not appropriet legal action against in future you may have to lose in marride life but before starting legal action you can ask your husband last time and immidiate ontact me

The case can certainly be reopened in case the terms of compromise have not been adhered to, as it is effectively a decree. You can also take up contempt proceeding before the Court for violation of terms of compromise. You can avail remedies as per your choice.
