Business owner trying to show all the loss under me and wants 4 lakhs

Business owner is trying to frame for all the losses and wants to recover 4 lakhs from me and when I told him thay I will be quiting the job he threatened me. I started my new business but mistakenly accepted parcel where his gst name was mentioned using which he is again threatning me that he will keep all the parcels which worth more than 20 lakhs that I cannot compensate with my clients as this is a huge amount he has captured all the parcles and wants me to sign an agreement that I will work

File an FIR for extortion and criminal intimidation. Issue a legal notice demanding the parcels' release, citing coercion. Don't let the yourself sign anything under duress. Dont need to panic consult an advocate. Thank you

Need some more details before giving a fruitful advice. why would anyone do that with their employees? Something has done and owner might be connected to knowledge professional so u need to act it in the same way accordingly. thankyou and good luck.
