As I am going through the contents of the aforesaid facts and it of of my under standing that your property has been sold by your own brother in year 2008 in pursuance of the order passed by Ld. Lok Adalat and your brother has also made false signature on the relevant documents on behalf of you.
It is of my opinion that any sales registered deed shall be challenged under the jurisdictional area of the court of law (i.e. suit value of land) and the limitation period is within three years from the date of order of the execution of registry of land and which you failed to do so, because the title suit filling period has been time barred.
However, you may file the title suit petition against the decree of the land in question with suitable reasons to be explained in the limitation petition and the title suit may be admitted for hearing in furtherance.

You can take following steps:
1. File criminal case for forgery and fraud.
Take the copy of Judgment and take opinion of hand writing expert for filing criminal case.
2. Challenge the lok adalat judgment in High Court on the grounds of decree obtained by fraud and by committing forgery.
