Breach of promise to marry but now he is not even involving his family

I met a guy through matrimonial site 4 months ago. After 2 months he said he wanted to visit my home to check my home as his previous relationship broke due to this problem, he visited my home and asked for the physical relationship, and promised me to get married I asked him several times before committing physically that he is sure to get married or not, he promised to get married. After this he used to cheat with me, and I asked to stop cheating but from then he abuses me and shouted at me

This is not just a personal matter. The promise of marriage to induce a physical relationship and the subsequent abuse could be the grounds to take legal actions. Gather all evidence you have for example call records , messages , or any other communication record where he had promised marriage with you. these documents are required if you decide to pursue legal help.
