Boy promised to marry now refusing

We are in live in relation for more than 5yrs. We have decided to get married. Guy started convincing his family but his family is not ready to listen anything. They have threatened him if he marry me they will kill themselves. Both of our lives will be spoiled it doesn't matter to them. They have taken sleeping pills and got hospitalised. They fixed his marriage and said if he is not marrying his dad will die. The guy said he can't take his parents life. Can I sue against his parents and stop this marriage on the basis it's illegal. I have all proof. It's taking my life please help.Thanks.
As per your query, you cannot sue your boyfriends parents for asking their son to marry someone. What you can do is, since you were in a live-in relationship you can file a petition in the court to demand compensation. But in order to get compensation you will have to prove to the court that you have had a live in relationship with the guy for long enough.
