Booked false suside case but not hand over the dead body

The case is disposaled with out argument with in 4 hearing in 4 month the advocate not at end the court in 3 hearing on other advocate had taken the disposed judgment pls repley in high court Hyderabad Telangana

It seems your case was disposed of without giving you a proper chance for arguments. You can file an appeal or revision in the High Court, Hyderabad, explaining that your advocate didn’t represent you properly and the case was decided without hearing your side. The High Court can order a re-hearing or set aside the lower court judgment if it finds merit in your request.
