From the facts stated, mere registration of an FIR under BNS 69 and pendency of trial does not automatically result in termination from RRB service. Since you have already been granted anticipatory bail/regular bail and there is no conviction, the employer is required to consider the nature of allegations, stage of the case, and applicable service rules before taking any adverse action. However, if the attestation/verification form specifically asks about any pending criminal case, FIR, charge sheet, arrest, or trial, you must disclose the correct facts. Suppression or concealment of material information may create more serious service issues than the criminal case itself and can adversely affect background verification. As the complainant has subsequently married you, that fact may also be relevant in the pending proceedings and future legal strategy. The impact on service will depend upon the exact contents of the verification form, charge-sheet, and RRB recruitment rules applicable to your post. For a proper opinion, the FIR, charge sheet, bail orders, and attestation form need to be examined in detail. Based on those documents, a clear assessment can be made regarding disclosure requirements, background verification, and service implications
