Bns 69 case, married to complainant, quashing case

Bns 69 case registered against me,i got married to the complainant during investigation.police submit charge sheet.i got both anticipatory and regular bail.current status of my case is apperance of defendant as first hiring.now can I quash fir against me? What is chances of winning. Now I have good relation with my wife (complainant).

Courts across India (including Calcutta High Court) have increasingly held that Relationship was consensual, Dispute arose from misunderstanding/promise of marriage. Parties have now married and are living peacefully. Then continuation of proceedings is abuse of process of law In such cases, quashing is often allowed
