Bail application in high court for case under section 392/395

One of my family member is jailed u/s 392/395 from one year. We have applied for bail from session court n high court both. On 2nd July 18bail was rejected by high court n we reapplied for it in January but court didn't listen to us by saying that we can't apply before 180days or more. How this days are calculated? Whether they consider saturday sunday n public holidays or not? Kindly reply me. THANKS IN ADVANCE.
well, sir jee day means by a day i.e. saturday, sunday or even public holiday is also will be considered under that 180 days. Also, there is no mandatory provision to renew bail petition after 6th months.
