Auto Driver abused me, what legal action can I take against him ?

Today an auto driver abused me in bad words becasue i stopped as soon as the signal turned red and he kept hoking trying to over take me . What legal action can be bought agaist him i dont have any video evidence i just have his auto number
Hi.... you just write a complaint and file it in police station and they will trace the number but most of the time they will not register a case instead of them they calling auto driver to police station and warn him.
