if u recharged the wrong Airtel mobile number and immediately informed Airtel customer care, requesting cancellation or refund. If the recharge had not been fully utilized to consider the request and may amount to a deficiency in service. The customer should first submit a written complaint to Airtel. If the issue is not resolved, the customer may file a complaint before the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal commission.
